Ara Hovsepyan Architecture

I recently hired Ara to be my architect for a bathroom addition in my home. This design was much trickier than a typical bathroom because it was located under the existing first floor. So there was new foundation and extra soil to deal with. I really enjoyed working with Ara because he was easy to communicate with and open to suggestions. When I went to the city department to pay for my permits, it only took half an hour! I attribute that to the professional way Ara drew the plans. I would definitely hire Ara and his team again.

We couldn't be happier with our plans and design. Ara did a great job and made our dream home design into reality. He was really professional, had lots of great unique ideas for us and delivered the project in a timely manner (we all know how this works with vendors and contractors). The pricing structure was also very easy to understand and never changed. The feed back we are getting on our home is incredible. Everyone loves the layout and uniqueness of our home and we have no one to thank but Ara. Thank you for everything, we are looking forward to our next project with you!!
