Called Araya HVAC Services on a Sunday afternoon and they picked up right away. I was surprised because three other contractors I called previous never picked up. They were able to get a technician out the next morning to service my mini split system. Technician was friendly and able to get it back up that morning. The mini split system has been working better than before. Life savers!

Araya HVAC Services was great to work with. Very responsive and honest. Technician came out in a timely manner for our main floor RTU that was leaking. He was able to fix the issue the same day and we havenâ t experienced a leak since. I recommend Araya HVAC Services to anyone looking for a dependable contractor.

sales were on it; communication not so good thereafter. Service was really prompt and on time, but the tech(s) who showed up to clean a window unit, (which was clearly explained to both sales & lead tech person, whom I asked to speak to, to make sure they knew what was being asked of them) said Oh, we do not do window units, Did not have a van with tools, had arrived in a personal vehicle without proper equipment, had to call for back up. On the plus side, the on-site techs were competent, hard-working, resourceful, made calls, got back up in a fairly timely fashion, did a more-than-half-assed job, and worked briskly while they were there. English NOT their 1st language, but no knock there, as basic communication was achieved.
