Stan showed up at the scheduled appointment time and reviewed the trees and large tree limbs that I needed removed. He provided a detailed written estimate the following day. His quote was very reasonable and lower than 2 others I got. Started the job promptly, was very polite, and didn't nit-pick me about small additions once the work started. He and his crew worked hard and did a great job. No damage to lawn or surrounding shrubs. Highly recommend Arbor Aerial for tree removal and pruning.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. My mom hired Stan to do some tree trimming and back yard clean up. They arrived early, worked all day and did an outstanding job. Better than any local company has done in the past. For very reasonable price. Would hands down hire them again.

Used them l/yr also. They do great work. They raised prices on 3 trees that were done only needing a pole saw from $30.00 to $50.00 where no climbing was needed. As a retiree, those 3 trees were were 63% higher in cost than l/y.. I recognize climbing costs more, but just to walk around a tree & trim is pricey.

They were thorough and very professional. They came did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Damaged the adjoining property and have refused to pay the bill to repair. Lot of talk about how he will take care of it but hasn't paid and it's been a month. Not trustworthy. Doesn't return phone calls or emails.

Five (5) Star whole experience - Having never had a very large tree removed, put out the request for bids/quotes on HomeAdvisor. Received a few calls of many referred to by listing(s). Stan from Arbor Aerial was the first and only to send me (without my asking) (via email) certificate of commercial general liability insurance and certificate of workers compensation (protecting me if his employees are injured on the job) and employers' liability insurance (protecting my property if damaged). These insurance certificates were both in date and up to date. Stan sent me the tree removal/stump grind quote via DocuSign electronic signature service (a new technological advance for me to experience). How easy, simple and quick. After this Stan and I spoke again and decided on a work start date and several other factors. Because the tree was so large he received verbal permission with fully acknowledged recorded statement from the neighbor to use part of their property during tree removal process. This was precipitated and necessitated due to power lines between removed tree and our house. This way he could work from both sides of the tree with the largest parts being taken down behind (instead of in front or over the top of) the power lines. Stan kept me informed during the entire tree removal process. Prior to final day of the process Stan and I talked and I made the decision not to have the stump ground down to grade level for various reasons/factors. This decision was in turn adjusted for the final bill/payment. Stan and the crew did an excellent clean up and debris removal job. I would definitely rehire and recommend Stan, his crew and Arbor Aerial to anyone needing a personally/professionally from beginning to end performed service. By the way, just so readers know/are aware and feel even more comfortable - except for the last day when I visited the job site (my mom's house) this whole ordeal/transition was between two different states (me in Florida and Stan/crew/Arbor Aerial and mom's house in Georgia). I do not feel it could have gone any smoother even if we were next door to each other the whole time.
