Total pros here. Worked really hard and did an awesome job on my trees. I know they were tough to take down safely but they did an extremely good job. Super quick to schedule the work too; very communicative. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs tree work done.

We booked them May 9, but they did not come until May 21. They were really nice employees, working hard on our tree all day, but then they dropped the base of it on our neighbors fence. They have not fixed it yet. Also the boss is a bit absent minded, he asked us for the check at least 3 different times.

"This tree was scheduled, but a storm hit and other people were in need of emergency work. Those people with holes in the roof come first. This job was a cut and leave all tree waste where it landed. When they finally called to tell us that the waste was moved or hauled away. We, as soon as possible went back and fixed the fence, i.e. bent top rail. $20.00. As far as payment, everyone on the job will ask for payment when the work is done. That is SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)"

Review Arbor Barber provided a quote on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon the work was already completed! They efficiently removed one 60-foot tree and several tree stumps from our yard. And when we decided at the last minute to see if we could negotiate to add the removal of a second 37-foot tree, they were able to do that as well at a very reasonable price. Overall, a very positive experience for us.
