Tree Trimming
Arbor Design went above and beyond. In addition to trimming my tree, they removed all the leaves in my side yard & driveway that I had not yet raked. They also blew all the leaves in my back yard into piles, plus cut a downed tree into firewood. Saved me a lot of work. I'd use them again.

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Took three visits and still not done. apparently has no committed schedule to do anything. showed up did some work and then wanted to be paid in cash, even tho the advert said could pay with credit card. Still waiting for completion of job. Not sure they will show up.

"I will look into this and find out what happened. There has to be some logical reason because going to a job 3 different times is ridiculous. We do have separate crews that do the tree work and another crew that does the stump grinding. Also I need to hear why they asked you for cash? We only deal in credit cards and checks. they met nearly all of my expectations with the exception of clean up afterwards. left a number of branches hung up in near by trees and left considerable amount of branches and wood chips in work areas and driveway.

The guys who did the work very professional and did a great job. They were to come in 1 -2 weeks but they were there in five days. A little trouble getting a copy of my bill from the office (that's why 4.5 for customer service)

They were to arrive between 9 and noon. They arrived at 1 o'clock. They could not remove the tree stumps the first day due to a lack of equipment. Sawdust and tree debris was left on the driveway and sidewalk. Arbor Design would benefit from investing in a leaf blower.
