Both men were professional. They listened to what I wanted done and then did it. They even offered advise on future projects. I will hire them again.

John the owner is a very nice guy. He strives to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I was very happy with the way my bushes and shrubs looked when he was done. He did not even bill me until 3 days later because he wanted me to make sure that I was happy with the work until I paid. This company hands down is the best in the Tri Cities area.

Wow!! These guys were amazing. John met with me within a couple of days of my contacting Service Magic to discuss what I wanted done, then sent me a written estimate. Then he had the work done within that same week. The work was amazing! The prices were excellent. They will be doing all of my lawn clean up!

I would highly recommend John and Nick. They are pleasant and very trustworthy. They don't try to con you like other companies. I can not say enough but I want them to do all my landscaping and lawn needs permanently. They are also very, very reasonable in their prices. I highly recommend this company since we moved to TN I have had a tough time finding a great landscaper and one that actually shows up...

My gutter was damaged, and it doesn't look right yet, and we really should have it replaced. But he did the best he could by taking the dents out.
