The two pine trees were very tall, they had both cut down in 8 feet lengths because they have a saw mill and will cut them up for resale. They seemed to take great care to not damage the bushes around the tree or the lawn to start with. But, toward the end of the day and after they ground the tree stump up the next day, most bushes were destroyed or badly damaged. The lawn has a few foot sized holes and many spots hardened off from the heavy equipment. They refused to ground up the limbs and yes I got four tundra loads of mulch mixed with soil from the stump. But, not anything I could use in the garden or around the house. Too much dirt mixed in. If they would have warned me I could have moved the bushes. I did not expect them to ground up the whole tree but the pine limbs would have made a lot of great mulch. I will be using someone else next time. The trees at least, are gone.

We had been trying to get a tree company since June, only to be promised, or not even having our calls returned. We called Arbor Max, they came out and gave us a fair estimate, and promised to come do the work in a week. Guess what? They showed up and did the work. They cleaned up wonderfully after they cut the trees and removed all debris. I would highly recommend this company.

The workmen did follow instructions and were courteous. The job was a bit complex as I wanted to keep an existing fence. The removal went as expected however the finish up and cleanup was far below what was expected. Debris was left and mounds of dirt with debris were left.
