Had a pretty simple little job, to trim a young oak and a few hedges. I went over the entire thing when the gentleman came out for an estimate. The estimate was good and the walkthrough was very thorough. I felt like he really understood what I was after and looking for in the project. Unfortunately, he was not with the crew that arrived and those details were not adequately relayed to the team, which in this case became a problem, particularly due to scheduling. It took a couple of days post estimate to get me scheduled but they were getting me at the tail end of the week after which is a pretty good turn around so I was happy. They had to reschedule me from my original day (Friday) to the next Monday but did call to let me know the circumstances and I agreed to allow the move. However, on Monday they were supposed to be on-site in the morning. They were not. So, I called and was told they would be on-site right after lunchtime. Again, I was agreeable but I had already wasted a whole morning waiting. But I guess *right after lunch* could be subjective because they did not arrive until 3 pm. Unfortunately, I had already spent a whole day waiting at home and had to leave for an appointment so I was not there when they arrived. So, despite having gone through all of the details with the gentleman that arrived for the quote, my wife and mother were stuck having to try and explain my expectations. So, of course, it is not what I wanted or expected. Overall they trimmed the tree fine but did not clean the tree up as I had asked, as there are still a lot of dead twigs/branches etc. It was rainy so I think attention to detail suffered on a small job. The oak is my major drawback to the work, as with the other items they just did as instructed (albeit not what I expressed to the gentleman on the quote nor what I would have done - but can not fault them for listening to what was said when onsite). They did work quickly, clean up well, and ensure all was back in order which I was pleased about! I do not feel, from reading other reviews or even from my personal interactions that my outcome was normal for them. I found them to be extremely courteous I know several mitigating circumstances led to my outcome not being top-notch. I would certainly give them a try again in the future before writing them off. Just wish this experience was a bit better.

In as complex job as this one was, it would be advisable to have the Arborist review with the crew all of the work to ensure the customer requirements are made clear. The crew was courteous, worked quickly, cleaned up the mess. When a mistake was made, there were no attempts to dely responsibility. Overall a positive experience.

I wish Mr. Kidder would’ve come with the crew and explained them what we talked about to the crew. They came they trim the tree but not the way I wanted. The crew did a fair job, they were very courteous. I was waiting for them to call me to see if I was happy with the job, but I guess it will never happen.

This is a great company from the first contact to the finished job. Very friendly, showed up on time, and made contact with a next-door neighbor about a trimming job. I was very impressed from the beginning to the end in how they took great care. No damage, no dropping limbs on the roof, clean-up was excellent, not a branch or limb left, even leaf blew the street. Now everyone can see old glory and flag after the job of trim that was done not to mention my house looks great.

They did what they said they would do, the day they promised. The job was perfect, and left clean. I highly recommend them.

Even though Joe is nice enough the actual job was not what was discussed or expected. Damaged lawn and driveway still haven't been back to fix those issues.

I had a very good experience with Arbor Pro LLC. They responded quickly to the request for quote. After I hired them, the job was scheduled rapidly, they showed up on time, executed everything as specified in the contract and did a great clean up job after finishing with the tree removal and pruning.

When getting an estimate, be certain to point out any particular needs. I was disappointed that they would not remove a low limb that I wanted removed because it was not on the work order. It's headed toward the roof so I assumed...my mistake.

Scheduled quickly and Arrived on time, with the right equipment and crew for the job. Completed the job with total expertise and even asked for my approval. And best if all, they were careful not to damage my landscaping and cleaned up everything. Very professional job, highly satisfied, for a really good price compared to other quotes I received. Definitely recommend.

What a great tree company. Needed two trees removed. Came day after initial phone call. Great price. Crew came a few days later. Wow. Fast workers. Ground both stumps and made sure no dirt ran off. And it didn't! I would recommend this company.

Only tree service that answered the phone after calling 6 total. I haven t even heard back from the ones I left messages with. Punctual! Fair priced! Professional in every aspect. Would highly recommend. Never met these people before but would trust them with ANY project!
