Very great customer service. I was on a conference call, so the team used hand tools until I was done with the call, and they were really interested to make sure the pruning was done to my satisfaction. I'll definitely use them in the future and refer other business to them if asked.

Of the 15 or so scrubs, rose, japanese maple, plants and a wood fence under the 2 fir trees being trimmed not a branch was damaged. The clean up was thorough, the job was done quickly and the price was fair. Thanks to Erick and his crew.

Erik was very personable and informative. Except for minor resolved clean up issues and miscommunication on a 15 foot cypress that resulted in over pruning, the work was completed as expected.

Erik worked directly with my neighbor to make sure they were onboard to remove the tree and was clear on the process. Updated on steps to obtain the permit. Crew was efficient and professional. Left the surrounding area clean. Job done in a day when other quotes were stating 2-3 days. The only person to come out and take pictures of the tree and the site. Felt good wit the estimate as they had worked with the "Tree of Heaven" in the past.

They responded as quickly as possible given it was during the Christmas holiday. The job was finished quickly and cleaned up perfectly.
