Great customer service and crew works quickly. My overgrown bushes look so much better. I would have preferred having someone on site that could answer questions and understand what I was saying. There was no final walk through, so I was not able to get answers to questions I had. (I have a black thumb and had pruning questions regarding how bushes were pruned). They did come the day I called them, and finished the job the same day including a tree removal. That was pretty impressive to me, and greatly appreciated as the flowering bush in back was seeding in my pool. I will be hiring them in the future and will communicate that I need the lead person I initially spoke with be there to make sure job has a final walk through and questions answered.

I had Arbor Vision Tree Expert Service remove a few trees on my property that were damaged during the recent Hurricane Michael storm. I just have to pass on the great experience I had starting with the gentleman who came out initially to assess the property. He arrived on time, dressed professionally and was very knowledgeable, even noticing other trees in the yard that were damaged. The workers were on time as promised, dressed cleanly, and were very polite and professional. I was very impressed with the skill required to remove the trees. I was also very impressed with the cleanup. I did not have to pick up one branch left behind. The company is also a veteran friendly company by hiring veterans and providing discount. You don’t see such promptness and professionalism very often these days, so I just had to let you know what a great service I received from Arbor Vision Tree Service’s. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Very professional and courteous, actually showed up on time for the estimate and then AGAIN to do the job after hiring! Worked quickly and efficiently, obviously very experienced. Relieved to have this big job done and to have hired a nice, hardworking, family-operated crew to do it.

I had a huge pecan tree that was blown down in hurricane Michael, within a minute or two after posting on Home Advisor that I needed someone to remove the tree I got a response from Arbor Vision. I spoke with John the next day they gave me an estimate the day after that the tree was gone. These people are so good at what they do. They came out in the rain, after getting here at 4 pm they were finished before 6 pm. They were very nice to deal with, really professional
