Welcome to Arborcare Tree Experts. Inc. We have been in business for 33 years. It has always been our number one goal to own a tree company where customer service is our number one priority. We have the pleasure of employing fifteen employees in which we can say we are proud to have working on our team. Our employees are very dedicated to their jobs and stride to continuously do the best work possible. Our main team leader has been with us for fifteen years and we look forward to many more. Everyone did great, they removed 20+ trees, ground all of the stumps, kind of leveled the back yard, planted grass seed and covered it with hay to protect the seeds, and trimmed my oak tree in the front yard.

They gave us the best price and most ingenious way to remove a huge double oak that was in an extremely tight spot to reach. They coordinated with our neighbors, foreman and were workers were extremely professional and did a great job cleaning up the yard. We highly recommend them!

The 'salesman' worked closely with me for a difficult - close quarter multi- tree removal. The crew arrived on the job in a timely manner, the foreman was excellent, as were the workers. The salesman stopped by the job several times that day (it was an 11 hour job) I was very happy with how well the workers bent over backwards to accommodate my requests, and I was happy with the finished job, and the price, which came in WELL below several other big name tree removal companies.

They came by the same day to give me an estimate that I thought was VERY fair ($540 to remove a 30' cedar AND grind the stump, and they chopped the trunk into firewood lengths for us). We arranged for the work to be done, and I emailed them a completed contract. One day they came and cut down the tree and the crew asked me to sign the form and give them a check. I said I'd do that when the stump was removed. This took a couple of extra days, but they did a terrific job, and we've been able to plant new trees in that spot. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again!

Very professional; arrived on time; did the job and cleaned up everything...even left me some logs for the fireplace. Only drawback was I was hoping for trimming further up but was advised against it due to the type of tree and how it grows. But it still looks amazing and the limbs are off the power lines for my house and my neighbors which is the main reason I called.

i had some problems with scheduling because of their involvement with another difficult tree and inclement weather. i also had problems with a woman in their office who doesn't get back to you. but i finally dealt with amy who was fine. the gentlemen who did the job were very pleasant and helpful. i also think that they should show the fact that they charge $25.00 for the use of a credit card.
