Exceptional service! Administration, Supervisor/Estimator and Arborists are all extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Each of the 5-man onsite crew (3 climbers, 2 ground) is skilled and professional but together they formed a spectacular team. They coordinated cutting/removing trees that were entwined with electrical and communications cables in a confined space with breathtaking efficiency. The work was started on-time, property was protected and effective clean-up was integrated into the process. Unfortunately, these trees needed to be removed due to safety concerns but would also call them for other services. I believe that this experienced company excels in everything they do and I highly recommend Arbor Care!

This is the second time I used Arborcare to remove large dying trees. I appreciate the care the workers take to a old damages to my property as well as property of adjoining neighbors. The clean-up was also very good. And, the project costs is reasonable.

They were very professional, on time, and did a great job cleaning up. They removed one large tree and stump, one smaller tree and trim other trees. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. Would definitely hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I expected more Tree tops to be removed

The entire office crew are friendly and helpful. The gentleman doing the estimate was knowledgeable and kind. Answered all my questions professionally. The workmen were wonderful. Needed to move a car with a dead battery so they could complete the job. They jump started the car and helped me get it moved. They arrived promptly, check with me to approve their work and cleaned up every bit of tree debris. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Arborcare Tree Experts, Inc. They gave us a free estimate and knew exactly what kind of tree we had in our back yard. I got a couple quotes for the tree removal and they were the best price. They came out and removed the tree while I wasn’t home. They sent a picture of the tree removal and I paid over the phone with Jodi. I would highly recommend anybody looking for tree removal to use Arborcare Tree Experts, Inc.

Weather played a factor in our removal so we were pushed back but once they were there to do the job, they were on time, came in did not tear up our yard and cleaned up all debris. We were kept informed right away that the weather would be issue for original removal date. Rescheduled and prior to removal they kept in touch and 2 days prior they called with arrival times.

Great job on a difficult project with limited space and very high limbs; definitely knew what they were doing and cared about the trees being cut properly. Estimator was on time and gave a fair price on the spot with an actual proposal in email later that day. Dealing with the office for scheduling was easy, asked if they could come a day earlier and were in contact right up until they were at the door for the job right on time. Cleaned everything up thoroughly when they were done. What more could you ask for?
