Great experience. William and crew were on time, careful, great communicators, and did a fantastic job with pruning and tree removal on my property.

Guy were skilled and friendly. Worked very hard and cleaned up the area. There bid was almost $1,000 less than my highest bid. They did a great job.

We were super impressed with Arborists of America. Our contact was William and we found him to be completely professional and knowledgeable. Our tree was removed and we noted the high amount of attention to the safety of all the vehicles and road users was top of mind for the team. They left the site completely clean and tidy then came back to grind out the stump which was done with the minimum of mess. We were very happy with the work that William and his team did for us and have no problem in recommending them to others.

Fast, affordable, tidy and polite!

Had several trees trimmed/reshaped. One large out of control holly removed. All the trees look great. In addition, a large japanese lace maple was trimmed & reshaped - looks very nice - excited to see the growth of spring on this tree. Very please with the results and the crew left the site clean and tidy. Tried to upload an image or two but max size is 5MB and my camera images are 18-30MB

The work was done in one day and met our expectations. Its workers were friendly yet professional; with two huge trees down, no sensible damage was made to the property. We appreciate Angi providing a platform for us to find reliable contractors to do jobs around the house.

The project manager knew exactly what my big White Oak needed. Talked extensively about it, which made me feel safe with them because they knew what they were doing. He also gave me information on some of my other plants. They came and did my tree and it looks amazing and all the widow makers are gone. I feel so much safer now.

Every member of the crew were top notch. The job was quite intense. William hand pruned our 70 year old tulip tree and it looks fabulous. I’d highly recommend Arborists of America.

The crew was probably the most efficient that I have ever seen. There were four on the crew, and they seemed to know exactly what to do and when. I was amazed at how the climbers were able to bring the branches down, so that they didn't get into the neighbor's yard or on top of the fence between us. They cleaned up the area very well and did what they were supposed to do at a very reasonable price. I would hire them again.

I was delighted with the competence, professionalism, and energy. I will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends. Arborists of America were able to reverse nearly five years of my negligent landscape maintenance in their first visit.

I have hired many - but Arborists of America is the best. William Byrd, Operations Manager, made an appointment to survey the work. He was on time, polite, and professional and surveyed my other trees, though we agreed to only cut two (Spruce, Maple). When he and his crew arrived, one performed a written safety audit of the area, recording with images of the project. The spruce was simple, and they removed and chipped the dead limbs and cut the tree into rounds. The hardest was a 3-trunk Maple with one trunk rotted. This required a technical approach to safely lower the one trunk, which took several hours. I have hired other outfits, but William and his crew were the best and all for a very reasonable price. IF you have tree work to be done you better grab them as they are going to be very popular. They are honest, friendly, and care about doing a good job correctly. Hats off to you guys.

The arborist and crew were able to cut down and chip up 2 trees, and trim up 3 other trees in about 4 hours in one day. The stump grinding was done on another day. They cleaned up after themselves each time.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Will really knows his trees! I was so impressed with the skill of the crew and the attention to detail. They covered my pool with a protective cover to present debris from falling in. The clean up was remarkable. The place looks so much better now!

They did a great job removing two trees, and treated the third with a fungicide. Seems to be helping already. I have mobility issues so I really appreciate the team moved all my potted plants and decor out of them way and then put them all back when they were done. They did a great job cleaning up after too.

I got 4 estimates before these guys came out. I am SO GLAD they did! The arborist was able to diagnose my tree, not one of the other companies noticed or mentioned the fungal disease! This guy was so knowledgeable about trees, it really blew my mind! My kids had so much fun watching from the window. The crew even gave them some cool stickers. They did an amazing job with the tree removal, and they are coming back to replant in fall. I absolutely won't use anyone else. These guys are the best.

The arborist that trimmed my lace leaf did a really good job, he shaped it beautifully and now it's growing and looks very happy and healthy. Their bid cost a little bit more but I could tell he knew more about trees so it was absolutely worth it to me.

I had a huge old oak hanging over my house, I wanted trimmed but the Arborist found significant rot and fungus so they removed it instead. I was worried about the huge branches over my roof but they did amazing. The clean up was impressive! You can't even tell there was ever a tree. I absolutely recommend and will hire them again.
