Amazing work by skilled professional tree removal people. Highly highly recommend. Also very nice.

After a severe windstorm that knocked a tree down onto our fence and neighbors house, ArborMax was at our house within an hour assisting us in the process of removing the tree. The owner, Tim, responded quickly and him and his son were at our property removing the tree with efficiency and stayed in communication with both my neighbor and I throughout the process. I cannot thank this organization enough for making this process easy and efficient.

I was very pleased with the Professional Quality of Tree Removal! My 2 large dead trees had limbs close to & intersecting with wires. Arbormax had ALL of the necessary equipment to make it a safe & clean Tree Removal. I will definitely use their service for future tree projects!!!

The first thing I noticed (and liked) about Arbormax was the line on their website: "Four Generations of Hugging and Caring for Trees". These folks aren't just "tree cutters". Their list of certifications and training was as impressive as their equipment inventory. They know about trees, not just how to cut one down. In fact, in my first experience with them, the estimator said they'd do the job, but that it didn't look like I really needed the tree(s) removed. Imagine a business with that kind of honesty. So, when I did need help this month...a huge pine gave in to high winds, taking out two sections of two different neighbors' fences...I didn't bother calling anyone else. With the storm's widespread damage, I was surprised to get right through - to a human, not a recording. While their crews were concentrating first on calls where homes were damaged, an appointment was set for just after Christmas weekend. My next surprise - the fellow who came out was the company's owner. With his knowledge about insurance companies (ick), and family budgets, he was still able to offer a price far lower than I expected. We agreed on a hand-shake (no forms to fill out or approval to wait for), and within half an hour, saws were buzzing, trunk sections were removed, branches were picked up and cleared. Today, one of the neighbors phoned to thank me for the way things were handled, and said she'd asked the Arbormax crew for a business card so she could schedule some projects of her own! Obviously, I can't say enough good things about Tim and his "arborists". But I'll stop here and make room for the next satisfied customer.

Could not have been better! In Raleigh, NC. Checked all the boxes--well organized for scheduling and completing the job; respectful; arborist arrived as scheduled and provided a knowledgeable plan for our site and vegetation and a reasonable estimate; on schedule for tree marking and cutting/trimming; worked diligently, efficiently and carefully as a team; climbed and removed very tall pine and elm trees as necessary; pruned very large maple tree to improve the appearance and function for it and surrounding trees; hauled off large segments of big trees; chipped limbs and directed wood chips as requested near the street for our use as mulch; and cleaned up all debris. Our neighbor had recommended them for the great work they did on his giant oak tree. This entire experience was a model of how a company should provide excellent service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Very good work clean and fast service I'm gonna have them back soon to take some trees down definitely hire these guys.

This was the only tree company that kept their appointments & kept in touch when running behind schedule. Very customer service oriented. Far & above anyone else. All the others I contacted either never showed up or returned call's and those were all from Angie''s list! How they stay on there, I don't know. But Arbormax was great! Will use again when needed. Thank you!

I wish I had been more alert before they left. They had 4 trees to trim. One of them was not as uniformly trimmed as the others. They must have seen this.

Richard came on time for the appointment and gave me several options for a difficult tree removal and 2 additional trees to trim. The tree to be removed was close to our home, overhanging a new deck and much of the back side. He impressed me with his 12 years of experience and the importance of safe working protocols for his crew. A crew of 3 arrived promptly on the removal day, worked in a courteous, very organized way with Richard managing the process. Their debris cleanup was excellent. I was very happy with the whole experience and would hire again!

Richard is great! listens to the customer, gives you great options and quick turn around on setting up appointments. I will definitely hire them again.

Very, very nice & personable!! Did a wonderful job & were fast & efficient as well!!! In addition, I didn't ask Richard about the senior discount when I paid him so, I called him back & mentioned we were seniors & he went out of his way to bring it back to me!! Just amazing customer service!!!

They were very helpful. They looked at the trees and advised me. They told me there was no problem with one of the trees in question and that there was no real rush on the other tree. I will use this company when I decide to have the problem tree removed.

Outstanding. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. As this was the first time I had contracted with a company to do work for me I was apprehensive. I did my homework and everything checked out. Communication was never an issue and all calls were returned promptly as was the information I requested. The job was completed while I was at work. Upon my returning home, I was pleasantly surprised to see not only the tree down but no debris in the yard. Except for repositioning some lawn ornaments, you would never know I had a crew on my property. Several neighbors remarked on the work done too.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk through multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
