I hired this contractor to elevate the Maple tree in our yard, trim it up and cut down a smoke bush. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I wasn?t home and my husband told them to cut the top down some. I was unhappy with my husband for that because I didn?t ask for that and it cost me another $50 ... BUT I was also dissatisfied with the tree service for leaving the top lopsided. They called me and said they would return that Monday or Tuesday to resolve it and shape up the tree. I was happy with that ... BUT they never returned. Still dissatisfied.

The workers were courteous and friendly. they were here on time. It was nice to NOT hear vulgarity. Everything was cleaned up nicely and done in a timely manner.

The owner came and gave me an estimate right away. Very reasonable price compared to other estimates I received. Once I made the decision to hire them, they came on the day I requested and completed the job quicker than I expect. The only glitch is they left the wood scattered in a couple of piles and I thought they were supposed to put it all in one place. Other than that, they were great, polite, professional, and quick.

Pat the owner called me back the same day I called the company for a quote. Other companies didn't call back or took a week/more. He came in about 24 hours of talking to him for a quote I thought was cheaper than expected. The work was scheduled within a week, he came to go over the work again in the event I was not able to be at home for the start of the project; which really impressed me for their professionalism. I asked about my other property next door and he was able to fit in 2 more tree removals and trimming for the same day as my 4 tree removal/many stumps removal/3 large tree trimmings for the next day. I honestly could not believe it as all I had heard from other companies was how they could not return a call due to how busy they are. The day of the work, Pat and crew arrived quickly, set up and went to work very quickly. They were well orchestrated and fast. It was a pleasure to sit on my front porch and watch Pat and the 9 guy crew work so well and so quickly together. Last but not least, the few men I interacted with were all very polite and respectful. Pat has a fantastic crew there. I'm calling him again the next time I need any type of tree work.

Pat Allen stopped by the house the day I talked to him. Advised me that one of the trees I wanted removed didn't need to be. As a certified arborist he likes to save trees which I appreciated. He saved me a lot of money. His crew was very efficient.

Patrick and team was great came in and did what was requested very polite and couteous my yard looks so much larger the clearing of trees and removal of stumps and logs. Will definitely recommend.

Patrick and his crew were great from start to finish. He came to my house on a Sunday to give me the quote for having 5 trees and 7 stumps removed. The price was less than I expected. I really appreciated that they waited for a nice dry day (the project was delayed because of rainy days) no damage to the yard/grass. They worked quickly and cleanly. They also trimmed up some of my other trees and made them looks great at no extra charge from the initial quote. Patrick is a really great guy to business with!

Reliable

I received an estimate from Patrick which was a good price. I asked him to meet me to go over the trees in question. We agreed which ones and he said he'd put me on his schedule. I asked him to call before he came which he didn't and supply me with a copy of his insurance which he didn't. Well the next day my wife calls me at 7 am to tell me a crew of guys are cutting down the trees. I was shocked to here this because I received no phone call or no insurance card. They left the yard a mess and never put back things they moved. I recieved a call the next day from Patrick asking for him money which was fine but, I received no follow on the job. Seems like hurry up grab my money and run. I'm sure he has insurance but, it would have been nice to show it to me just in case something happened on my property.

Pat called me immediately after I reached out to Home Advisor. He drove by the next day and provided an estimate and also offered to remove the stumps or grind them down for a very affordable price. They came early in the morning and removed everything despite 18" of snow still on the ground. Great to work with and would hire them again.
