Austin was awesome! We spoke before he came he methodically explained what he would do gave me a ball park quote that was fair. He arrived early looked at the project explained in detail what he was going to do and got to work. This guy worked diligently was meticulous thorough and made no mess. He was a pleasure to do business with and I wish I had the arrangement to give him a budget and let him really install a smart home system. You cannot got wrong with this guy!

Austin and Randy did an amazing job with my Plasma and 7.2 speaker installation including doing the best and most advanced hidden wiring and cabling throughout my entire condo! They also set up a wires high speed network and wireless network and hooked up and calibrated my tv and surround sound system. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional home theater or on wall flat panel tv... installation. They are more knowledgable and experiences than any other store or custom installers in the Philadelphia area. The fact that they are perfectionists and really nice/ good people is the icing on the cake! Call them and hire them for your jobs now, you will not find better!!!

Austin from ARC Installations is a wonderful guy to work with. Austin helped us to wall mount 65" TV. Austin is a man with tons of patience and good knowledge on the TV and Home theatre set up/ installations. He spent with us good amount of time explaining where the TV could be installed. Overall good experience with the installer, the cost was around the same as others but the lifetime guarantee was the deciding factor, I will call back when its time to install my home theater system and also calibrate my TV.

Professional. Courteous. Excellent work. Above and beyond. I don't have enough room to rave about this company and Austin as I would like to! This was a custom install of a 55 in TV above our fireplace. Not only did he do an amazing job installing, setting up and explaining our new TV this guy went way above what I expected as far as service. I was given help with picking a TV, his cell phone so we could call him with questions and he helped us deal with the store we bought the TV from which was a big mess. We've even called him a couple of times since the install and we got immediate help. I have never been so happy with a company!!!!!

INSTALLATION WAS VERY PROBLEMATIC DUE TO LIMITED ACCESS TO AREA WHERE WORK HAD TO BE PERFORMED. JOB HAD BEEN QUOTED SIGHT UNSEEN AND EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK AT LEAST FOUR TIMES AS LONG AS ARC MAY HAVE PLANNED ON THE JOB WAS COMPLETED FOR A VERY REASONABLE UPCHARGE.
