I hired ARC Landscaping due to a water leak in the backyard. Armando came out the same day as my request. He repaired the issue within a few minutes. Also, we had him redo our front yard sprinklers the following day. In short, he keeps his appointment, arrived on time and completed the work in a very workmanlike manner. Communication was excellent. Update: The next day there was a problem with a leaking sprinkler head. Amando came to inspect. At first, he said it was water running due to gravity off the lawn. Then he said it was a bad valve. Then he found that the controller had a bad module. He switched wires which fix the problem. My only complaint is I felt he overcharged me. The original leak he charged me $ 120.00 which took him less than twenty minutes to fix. He capped off two old heads. Then he charged me $ 400 to replace 7 sprinkler heads. Then he charged me another $ 120 for rewire on the wire on the controller. The total cost was $ 640.00 which I felt was excessive. There no question Amando knows what he is doing. I would just caution that you to be aware he is not cheap, at least that was my experience.

Armando is an amazing worker! He came out to our house on Labor Day which is a holiday. We needed our sprinkler system updated and fixed so I went to Angie's list. Within 5 minutes of putting in my request Armando called me and was actually here withing the hour. He was here fixing all my sprinklers, which some were broken, leaking and not working. He has my whole system working perfect now. Great job, great work manship definitely will have him do more handyman work.
