This chairlift is in my warehouse. Anthony work in a very dirty environment. He never complained. I have not used the lift to rate his service, but I think it will be ok. The way things are now a-days with service company, that only disappoint, it is a true pleasure to have service people like Anthony. As a bonus, his price was very fair.
