These guys communicated well with me (I was 250 miles away trying to resolve a No water situation for my invalid 91 yr old mother-in-law) and had the well located and new pump installed and water on within 6 hour. Bill was very fare!

Arcadia drilling was called to fix the low pressure in our water system. The technician looked at the age of the pump on our well which was 30 years old so he replaced it. It cost us $2,000.00 for parts and labor and the problem was not fixed. When my husband told him the problem was not fixed, he said that maybe it was a leak or a bad Well. This would cost $5,000 or $40,000. Our neighbor next door helped us dig up the pipe. It was a leak. We put in a new pipe all for $100. Needless to say, we were very dissatisfied with Arcadia Drilling, Inc.

I asked them to come out to look at my well that waas not working. They had installed the well less than 3 years ago for price above 10k. They said something had shorted in the control apparatus and I would need a new one. They did not give me a quote but proceeded to install the new board and send me a bill for almost 1,500. When I questioned the charge, their rep said I would be "happy that I had water again." I do not recommend them.

Fast, efficient. Very knowledgeable, explained problem (bad pressure tank) and gave us 2 options to fix, one using the old tank and the other replacing old tank. Chose to replace old tank, work completed in 1st hour. No surprise charges, invoice came in slightly less than estimate. Would use them again.

We received prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service. They replaced only what was needed to get the system up and running. We did not feel pressure to replace the whole system.

Responsive and knowledgeable. Glad I hired them. Two man crew made short work of pulling old pump with 119 feet of old pipe w/ strand wiring and haul out cordage. New pump was installed w/ cased wiring. Pipe length was adjusted to proper depth. Flow and recovery rate analyzed and recorded. I live in an area that has lower producing wells that can be assisted by using a storage tank system that receives water directly from the well and a secondary pump unit which then pumps water to charge the pressure tank to the house. The capacity of the tank I have in mind 1,200 gallons.

Did a great job of explaining what was being done. Corrected mistakes that were made by the original well drilling company. Installed all new parts without taking short cuts. The total price was less than their original estimate. I would highly recommend this business.
