Great company, very busy. I needed security cameras was done in a full day

If you can get them to show up, then they do good work. Before using Home Advisor, I called them directly on a Wednesday. Kiye said that he could come the following Tuesday. I sent him photographs of the work. Then on Monday I called to confirm an arrival time for Tuesday and Kiye told me 9:30 to 10:30. On Tuesday Kiye called at 12:30 to ask if he could re-schedule for first thing Wednesday. I asked what was "first thing" and he said 9:00. On Wednesday at 9:40 when no one had arrived, I texted Kiye to tell him that I would make other plans. I called other telecom/telephone repair companies and later on Wednesday afternoon, I completed the Home Advisor application process on line. Five or ten minutes later I received a telephone call from John at Arcane Group. I told John that I was surprised to be talking to the Arcane Group and explained my week long struggle and disappointment. We exchanged two or three phone calls on late Wednesday afternoon and John scheduled the third appointment for Thursday morning between 10:00 and 10:30. I was reluctant to give the same vendor three tries but my general contractor on the project was waiting for the telephone line to be moved before he could close the wall and pass the city inspection. However, on Thursday a technician from Arcane arrived on time and according to my GC, he did a good job. As soon as the Arcane tech left, my GC called a worker to come to close the wall (the worker had to stay home because he could not do more work until the telephone line was moved) since the city inspector was scheduled for first thing Friday morning.

They was late. Went to the address for install first instead of coming to the correct address to unmount the tv. By that time I had to leave couldn't wait any longer so they had to come back. They installed the tv and sound bar and had to come back the next day because they left the mount for my other tv in their van and the tv they installed was leaning. They came dropped off the mount adjusted the tv left and then the sound bar fell off the wall!! The son told me I was calling his personal phone and stopped answering. The father (owner)said he would come after he was done with the current job never came. The next day someone called I told them we hired another company to do everything CORRECT

They did a good job to trouble shoot and repair CAT5e cable for music player

Very professional. It was a rather difficult situation, but they were persistent, found the problem and repaired it.

They showed up late and required a couple calls before arriving, however they did a great job once there, were very pleasant to deal with and most importantly did quality work. They deserve the 5 stars

Kiye was my service manager. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Quickly identified and fixed the problem. He also conducted additional tests to make sure the system was in good shape all the way around. They charged $75.00 for one hour.
