Got the gutters with the guard on the top to keep pine needles out. The workers did an excellent job, the new gutters look excellent and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Everything started off fine. Sergeo went out to my house, quickly, and gave me a comparable price to another quote that I got. Even better, he was able to come out and do the job, quickly, as we had already taken the old gutters down. He showed up on-time, alone. I asked him if he had another guy or two coming, to help him out, being that the one run was about 23 feet long. Not easy to hang, by yourself, I thought. He said that he'd be just fine and got a couple of ladders and went to work. I told him to holler if he needed a hand, and he did once, and I was happy to help. When he finished up, I noticed that one of the downspouts was angled 90 degrees the wrong way - toward the sidewalk - not aimed down the driveway, to the road. He didn't quite agree with me, that it was wrong (despite the original being pointed that way), but did come back, later that day, with the proper bend. I told him that I would be doing myself a disservice if I didn't "test" the gutters. He said not to put water in until the sealant at the mitres cured. OK. So I got a small metal ball. It didn't roll in the gutters. He dismissed it as just being too small to get enough momentum. OK, fine. I'll run a hose tomorrow, I figured. The next day, it rained a bit, but not a lot. Once it was finished, I climbed up and ran a hose in the gutters. The majority of the water drained, with enough flow, but there was a lot of standing water in the middle of the long run. Anything in the right half, over to the mitre, was going nowhere - not either direction. I sent Sergeo a txt on Tuesday, asking him to have a look and he said that he would, and he said that he'd come out the next day to do them. On Wednesday, he said that he was unable to do it, but he'd be there the following day. Thursday, he said he had a big job planned, but he'd get to it on Saturday morning. On the next Tuesday, I sent him a txt, saying "I thought you were coming by this past weekend." I got no response. On the next Friday, I sent him another txt, saying "Sergeo, I'd appreciate it if you could please finish the job at my house." No response. Leading up to the job, he was great with txts. We did everything by txt, so I saw no reason to not continue with it. It has been 4 weeks, today, since the last txt I sent him. He has not finished the job or communicated, in any way. I figured, that I've waited long enough for him to make it right and he hasn't, so here's my story.

Sergio could not be more helpful and easy to work with. All my questions were thoroughly answered, the work looks beautiful, and was done quickly. Sergio and crew made sure that everything went smoothly with and their cleanup was admirable. I would hire them again and heartily recommend them should you need gutter work.

I needed gutters quickly and Sergio was able to install the gutters within a week, in spite of having to work around some unforeseen problems with the roof.

Sergio Arceo and his staff are so good that I have hired him to pressure wash the vinyl siding and to have our daughters play house to have vinyl siding applied to it also.

I knew when Sergio did the estimate and walked me through the different types of gutter covers and minor repairs needed I was going to hire them. They were punctual and worked diligently for the four hours they were here. They also cleaned up everything around the yard; couldn’t tell anything had happened!
