Arce's General Maintenance is a family-owned and operated business. Our main businesses are hauling, cleaning, and gardening services. We believe that dealing personally with each of our customers makes them repeat customers. By providing optimum service at a fair price weve enjoyed new business that comes from references from previously satisfied customers. We service most areas of the South Bay, peninsula, and North Bay. Our friendly service crews come equipped for every job and we agree on the tasks up-front. We haul furniture, trash, junk, demolition, electronics, green waste, and household junk. We clean driveways, garages, attics, storage areas, warehouses, basements, and estates. Our company services a wide variety of customers including home owners, property managers, realtors, renters, and more. Arce's General Maintenance gardening service offers weeding planted areas, mowing, fertilizer application, weed prevention, pruning, hedge and tree trimming, insect control, and leaf cleanup. We also manage weeds and unwanted growth in driveways, sidewalks, and patios. We also offer weekly lawn maintenance, mowing and edging front and back yards, and fertilizing lawns, shrubs, and trees as needed.

My husband and I hired Arce (Carlos del Rosario) for demolition and removal of an existing damaged concrete driveway and rear patio. We were very satisfied with how the work was performed by Carlos and his crew. While the work did take a bit longer than initially agreed, it was well within reason. What impressed us most about Carlos and his crew was that they showed up everyday, kept the site clean, followed through with their word, and were very courteous.
