Don was thorough and knowledgeable for the most part. However, I asked about the doorbell and that was something that was not checked. I don't know if this is something that is normally on the list for inspections, but had I not asked, I would not have known it didn't work and would not have gotten it fixed by sellers. He was nice, efficient and quick with the report otherwise.
