Central A/C Service or Repair
There was a mix up in communication with scheduling with Home Advisor and this company. Home Advisory scheduled a time on the date between 1&3 pm. I called Arch Air the day before to confirm the appointment. They advised me that no service appoints made with them. They did tell me that they could respond the next day, however it would be an â After Hoursâ call that cost more. I scheduled with them because it needed to be fixed. I called Home Advisor and informed them what the company said. Home Advisor told me that it was still scheduled for the time slot they previously gave me. Arch Air did respond after hours the next day and fixed the problem. They were very nice and friendly. When they were done the tech called me and described what he had done. The only thing is that I asked for them to provide me with a quote to replace the furnace, however they have not got back to me as of this writing. That was about 3-4 weeks ago.

Our Son's old boiler finally failed to be repairable. Arch Air was able to install a new "heat kit" in newer inside ducting from the outside air handler. Work was quick, reasonable and worked flawlessly. They anticipated everything ahead of time - no "surprises" on site. I thought they did a very good job. From the initial sales call to the two men who came out and actually installed my new HVAC system, they were professional and courteous. They kept me in the loop with what they were doing and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

Arch Air was always available for any questions, and on the day of installation they called first, and then arrived on time which I really appreciate - they stated that it would take 6 hours, but they completed the job in 4 - they were very efficient and cleaned everything up before leaving - So far I am very happy with the overall experience - I would use them again

They installed the furnace and air conditioner in the day and time quoted and did a good job in cleaning up. They are coming back today to do additional adjustments to the air conditioner under better weather conditions. We have been very pleased.

Arch Air Services, LLC contacted me immediately after requesting the project through HomeAdvisor. I scheduled the first available appointment the next day. The technician arrived in a clearly marked company van right on time, he put covers over his shoes so to not track anything through my home, and got straight to work. He diagnosed my furnace within a matter of minutes. The computer circuit board in my furnace was shot. The technician left to pickup the new circuit board and returned exactly when he said he would. The circuit board was more expensive than I was expecting but that had little to do with the service provided. The repair took just over maybe an hour plus the technicians travel time and cost a total of $546.00. I was satisfied with my experience and I plan to sign up for an annual service plan from Arch Air Services, LLC in the near future.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and hard working. I called for an estimate for a new a/c and they were the only company (5 companies gave me an estimate) who checked my old unit and got it running for me and gave me the option of adding freon to my very old unit or buying a new one. No pressure, he gave me an estimate for the repair and the new unit. Their price was the cheapest out of the 5 and I knew I found the right company so I installed a new a/c and furnace. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new unit or servicing.

This company particularly Ian Rutherford, is superior! They waited while we got financing and converted our house from boiler to forced air; no small task. They worked efficiently and really cleaned up after themselves! I wouldn't expect this from any worker but one day when they (either Ian or Kevin) worked, they let our dogs out into the backyard & brought them back in. So thoughtful. They worked really hard to complete work so I would have heat after I came home from surgery! WOW - highly recommend.
