Very poor experience, called them out for warranty and they argued and charged for the repair. They installed lvp wrong and not with if the product manufactures specifications and I now have a knowledgeable contractor redo the entire job.

Edwardo and Freeman installed 3 roof whirley birds vents. And replaced some faciia boards that were rotting. They were very concencious about the work. Did a great job, explained everything they were ongoing to do before they got started. Cleaned up entire area when they were finished. Excellent work.very satisfied with the job done.

We were in the middle of a project and were running out of time to complete. This Com[any came out quickly, started the job the same day and finished on the weekend. The work was beautifully done.

They did a fantastic job. I had the 52 year home gutted. they were exceptional with the updates needed to make the house up to code for 2023. I needed framers, drywallers, tape and texture and plumbers . Everyone that was needed for the jobs were on time very professional and kept things very clean prior to leaving for the day. I highly recommend them for any job they may need interior, exterior or landscaping project they do it all. Thank you Creat group for everything. I highly recommend them for any type of remodeling.

I have absolutely no problems recommending this company to anyone. Everything from getting the quote from Wes, the owner, to supervising the entire project and its completion completion by the project's foreman Ishmael. We had a tight timeline and they did everything they said they would. In fact the only delay was on my end and getting the correct vanity delivered. No problem. They rearranged the schedule and got it done. Everything was done well, From the demo, to the floor install, the baseboards, the caulking and painting, and the clean up. (they actually get a cleaning team to come in and clean professionally). They not only did a LVP install over tile but switched out our vanities and converted the Master Bathroom from a single sink to a His and Her Sink. The communication was great, the work was good, and the people that came into my home were professionals

Fast appointment showed up on time and didn't leave a mess

Overall a good experience. I have a big tree in back yard over patio. This was something neither one of us tought would be as big an issue. But i had to get (2) 20' x 20' tarps to protect the next steps, staining concrete and epoxy coating. We manages to get through it all with nothing falling in fresh epoxy. They all were very accomodating and responsive.

I was very happy they took over the job and got it fixed with professional work and quickly taken care of. Great company to deal with. Thanks guys!!!

Happy with the work

I first met Wes and some of his people in April when they rebuilt a block wall in the back yard that was eroded and separating. Great work complete with prime & painting, as well as kind customer service. So of course this month, when it was time to replace large deteriorating sections of the patio eaves and fascia, I called Wes. The work was done quickly and so skillfully, it looks like nothing was ever wrong with it (also repainted!) The very next day some more of his people came back and repaired a hole in the stucco of the exterior wall around the doorbell. I told Wes this house (built in the early eighties) isn't getting any younger and that I would be sure to call again when more issues arise. I also strongly recommended The Creta Group to some neighbors down the street who are also having issues with their block wall.

Don't look any further .I had multiple projects, roofing drywall,painting concrete driveway, Wes was amazing to work with. Very personable and professional. He has a team of workers that are meticulous at their craft. Roof repairs were done way before I expected, drywall didn't leave until he was finished, ( 8pm) painter's made sure everything blended nicely. David did electrical work and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I will be using Wes , Creta Group LLC for any future projects I have. He and his workers are professional craftsmen. And Wes DOES NOT gouge or nickle dime you. He even sang me Happy Birthday. Absolutely great company. Ih and he honored the quote he gave me 3 months prior.

From the installation of the gazebo, addition of electrical outlets, switches and fans, removal of pavers to concrete foundation, to re-installing pavers to clean-up, Wes and his team did a remarkable job and completed the work on the promise date. Having a company actually do what they promised to do is hard to find these days. Exceptional workâ ¦ they can do it all!!!
