Arch construction LLC did a great job on adding a new addition on my house I’m so happy how everything done just like we wanted .. price was fair and professional customer care. I do recommend arch construction LLC.

My opinion about this contractor is : Was the worst nightmare of my life! I enter a contract with Arch Construction LLC for major remodeling and addition of 114 sft on January 12 with end of contract on May12 Project estimate of $47.000 Mr David Mireles ask for a big portion of the money before the job starts, this is a big red flag but i was extremely naive to paid him in advanced 2 drawings of $$30,000 and the completion of the job was for %25 the total estimate was $47,000 Very carefully with this contractor!!!!!! Major problem with communication (phone calls, text, emails, mails) Major work ethics and management of founds, Major poor quality of labor: Hiding defects, he left open holes in the floor between the walls and cover with sheet rock back ( have pictures and videos for this poor labor) We had in the contract roof shingle replacement : He decided to procrastinated the installation of the roof and he went ahead with interiors ( sheet rocks, texture) etc The rain came and hit this home and floated all entire ceilling and few walls, but i was watching every step (videos and photos) I had to be there and made Mr Mireles to change the entire ceiling not one time 3 TIMES! I can not believed that i am in this remodeling with such poor quality labor and ethics! He waited till July 18 to installed the roof 70 days after the expiration of our contract We had to hire a lawyer on July 2nd to sent a letter of demand for nonperformance, on August 3rd we fired Arch Construction LLC for non completion of the job and poor quality of work! Don't hire Arch Construction LLC !!!!!!

My main concern was communication, and if that matters to you also, then dont go with Arch. David was a really nice guy though and I wished it worked out as I wanted to keep using his company.
