What a refreshing experience to work with a really professional crew. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always very responsive. They showed up when they promised and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone to has had a bad experience with other contractors. They are the real deal!

I called Tim last night, yes, on a Saturday night, because I really did not want to wait until Monday to say thank you! I always appreciate when someone promises something and over delivers, but it rarely happens. In this case you, Tim and the team simply overdelivered and we could not be more pleased. You asked us why we chose you. It certainly related to your long experience and your deep relationship with the supplier. But it was more the professionalism, the thoroughness, the detailed understanding of the project, your expert advice that was not always what we had initially thought, the detailed design and your detailed follow through. This carried forward from the moment we signed the contract with daily communication with Tim and his quiet but steady presence throughout the job. But, I have to say that what was simply over the top was the team who did the work â Mohammed, Ahmed, Mahmoud and Abdulâ ¦ they were over the top! Their care for our property, their attention to not only the plan but the on site adjustments that they recommended that made the product and design simply superior. Their quality of work was untouchable â we have had many projects done over the last 40+ years and no workmanship holds a candle to your team. So, thank you so muchâ ¦ from the first call from your wife to the last sweep of the deck, it has been simply wonderful. Please pass along our thanks to the team.

Excellent project management, updates on progress, The workers were friendly with our boys and kept the sight safe. They also worked with my wife an I mid way with modification with minimal complaints. The deck turned out better than expected and we're very pleased.

Despite a snow storm the deck was finished and I'm happy with it.
