These people were great even tho the news on the a/c repairs was bad from a monitary view. The service man who came to give me an estimate was very very goood and fully showed and explained what was necessary. The outside unit was very old and not working. It would have costs over a $1000.00 to try to get it working, so I said I would like a second opion and he thought that would be a good idea for me. I had a friend in the business to check it out and he advised the same as the other tech. I asked for a quote to replace whole unit and tech advised his boss, Mark Archer was going to conme out with a written quote, we accepted, did a great job

Air cond system struck by lightning, had new upgraded system put in and running 3 days later.they even held check untill insurance check was issued. Son has health needs and they really came to the rescue for him.

We checked around w/ at least 5 other contractors before deciding to call Service Magic and get a contractor through them. Archaire, Inc. exhibited great communication both via telephone and e-mail. Steve's price was the best quote I received. (I would suggest only to have technicians pick up the parts a day in advance since the job was delayed 2 hrs from start time). Nevertheless, I will use Archaire again as the first place to contact whenver I have a problem. We'd been out of air due to a leaky coil for quite some time and I didn't want to leave my home this morning b/c the air felt so great after the work was done. Thank, Tiffany!

Very fast, efficient, and friendly. My only complaint was that they tracked a lot of mud into my basement; I would have liked for them to clean it up before. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.

Very helpful, great knowledge, helped identify other issues from prior faulty installation. This will be our (go to) pro for all of our A/C Heating service needs.

They contacted me right away, emailed me a quote that I was happy with and serviced the next day. Very Happy with the promptness and service they provided.

My main AC unit started to smoke - I shut it down and since I had no regular AC repair service I checked with Service Magic. Archaire called and was able to come out right away. The fan motor was working sporadically and he suggested that I replace it - I did and also became a maintenance customer. He performed a routine checkup on my main and secondary units. Good knowledgeable guy; seemed honest and sincere...we'll see what happens in the fall or if there's an emergency during the summer.

Dispatcher led me to believe $65 service call would fix problem to secure business. Total was $155. Fair price for what was done but a little tricky.

Paid to have a leak test due to no freon. Still dont know were leak is or that it is leaking. recommended new ac unit and this unit is 3 months out of warrenty.

We need a whole new Heat Pump system, because it was old and started accumulating mold. Mark and his team came it and gave us the best price we could find and installed the whole system in one day. They were very courteous and professional.
