We found that an old antenna fell that was attached to the roof of our 2 story home. We called Archer chimney, they came out the same day, investigated the damage, and provided a quote. The following day, Joel and and Mike returned and repaired the roof. They were very professional and courteous. Pictures were provided before and after the job. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for additional projects in the future. Great job JOEL AND MIKE.

My experience with Archer Chimneys & Exteriors has been extremely disappointing and unsafe. Tyler Sweatman installed a gas log set that violated NFPA standards, posing a fire hazard and making it unusable. He previously left a unit with a dangerous gas leak and instructed me to extinguish the flame myself?a reckless and unsafe request. Tyler also provided misleading information, recommended unnecessary repairs, and failed to communicate or follow through on commitments. When I emailed the company, owner Patrick Archer called but dismissed my concerns and argued rather than addressing the issues or seeking a resolution. This lack of professionalism, attention to safety, and customer care is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Archer Chimneys & Exteriors and urge others to seek safer, more reliable service providers.

During the project some unexpected challenges came up. They took the time to evaluate what options were available to overcome them and returned another day to finish the job. Their communication, professionalism and doing what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it were all top of the line. Honesty, integrity and service are the foundation of their business.

Patrick installed new gas logs in our see-through fireplace. He painted the firebox black, so the logs look beautiful when lit and add warmth to the two rooms. He was very neat and careful to protect the floors and hearth areas. We are enjoying them so much on these cold winter nights! He also inspected our chimney and found that the cap needed to be replaced, as well as some of the surrounding siding. He worked tirelessly on our roof to make the necessary repairs. He took pictures of the before & after, and once again was very respectful of our property. He is reliable and takes pride in his work.
