Powers from archer was amazing. Got the job done right and quickly. Power was off at 0800 and back on just before 1300. He worked to get the power back on.

Powers came and replaced wiring that was a concern to me. He was knowledgeable about the problem and repaired it quickly. I would recommend this company.

The technologist was great. Responded quickly and was pleasant and respectful. The quote from his boss was a bit high, but I thought given the promptness of their response I felt acceptable. The issue was even though they advertise panel service on their site and the truck he did not have the proper circuit breaker with him. He had to go get one which is fine, but they charged me nearly $75.00 over the quote for travel time to get the breaker. I did pay, but felt this unfair, for a common part that likely should have been in the truck inventory. Thu,s the negative review, and I will use a competitor next time.
