They were highly experienced and professional. We hired them back for a second job and both for both jobs they get high marks.

We had Skip come out and take care of our issues. He was extremly professional, very helpful, and knowledgeable. was able to fix all of our issues in one visit. I have to say that he was very neat as well. I would, and will work with Archie's Plumbing in the future.

Response to call was prompt as was their scheduling. Plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Price was very fair and clean up was thorough. Would definitely call them again !

My dealing were with a gentleman named Chuck. He was very nice on the phone and took time to explain things to me. When he came to my house, I found him to be very courteous and knowledgable. My problem is rather unique and I felt that this man knew what he was talking about. When he left I felt that I could trust him to solve the problem. He comes this Wednesday and hopefully my instincts are right.

A very nice and effecient plumber who showed up when he said he would, did the job and was on his way before 10 o'clock am on a Monday morning.

Let me begin by saying Chuck was the representative that I met at the job site. He went out of his way to tell me what had to be done before I actually finished the job. He did that on his own time and I was alerted to what corrections I had to take care of so some of the work could be done in advance of the inspector. He was an honest man who took his time and explained what was needed. I recommend him and plan to use Archie's plumbing in the future should the need arise.

Very prompt, pleasant, did the job. Only complaint was that he moved some things to access the sump pump and didn't move them back, but that was minor.

Amazingly helpful. he came through for me during an emergency situation and under very short notice & came through with a home run. i wish i found & used him earlier. once the phone call was complete, his worker, Dan, came to my home in1.5 hours, as i was told. great job, service, & experience. he gave me a very competitive price over the phone. I had a failed sump pump and Dan installed the sump pump in around 45 minutes, which was great, because he had new piping to install, which took a majority of the time. Dan even helped with the clean up of my basement. Thanks again.

Great experience. Chuck was knowledgable and upfront about the Hot Water Heater replacement. Explained the pros and cons of the various options of the project.

Everything went well. The installer was professional and polite. I will use Archie's for any future plumbing needs.

On the phone, I was quoted a price for labor of $100-$130 for about two hours of labor time to fix two toggle switch drain face plates. The plumber who came to my house said he was the owner of Archie's plumbing. He was in my home an hour but the work he did on my two drain plates totalled no more than 30 minutes actually working yet he charged me $200 for labor. When I questioned this, he said he charges $125 per hour for labor plus travel time. Other plumbers in my area charge $79-$85 an hour. He also charged me $40 in materials (a drain plate part costs around $15 at Home Depot). This is highly unethical and I would not recommend.
