the plans were held up 3 month because he didnt have things the county wanted. His figures didnt add up, many delays, which were his fault,

did not prepare plans as requested or per drawings given to him repeatedly did not copy written dimensions correctly to new plan sheets he was preparing excuses and delays for months putting other projects ahead after 50% downpayment upfront wanted to be paid in full before completed did not meet basic city codes and requrements numerous red lined drawings doesn't listen argumentative when he make mistakes and giving excuses for him causing his own delays
