I have a business in Westford Massachusetts and we were having issues with unbearable heat due to floor to ceiling 10 foot windows in our retail space which is south facing (worst possible configuration). Spencer is the real deal. I dealt with several other companies that didn’t want to quote in person, one which was suspect and too low for scope of work and another which clearly didn’t want to do the work and quoted me a “go away” price. Spencer got me scheduled same week and did an amazing job with the install. Most important thing he did was bring samples and thoroughly review my options, which avoided any surprises with the final install. We did end up having issues with the film in some places not fully adhering but this was a result of the heat and direct sunlight, not the quality of the installation. When I followed up about the issue he came same down and fixed the problem. To be honest, given the post Covid climate for consumers, I was so surprised that a business still knows how stand by their work and remedy the issue without any hesitation. Anyone dealing with excessive sun or solar gain issues. Consider window film. The energy savings alone will make it totally worth it.

Spencer responded quickly for my quote request. We set up an appointment to look at the window film products the following week. He called before he arrived at my house and was on time. He thoroughly explained the different films to me and I decided on the one that would block the most heat and glare. He was actually able to install it that day and it took him only about 2 hours to complete 4 sunroom skylight windows. Very happy with the how the windows look. Great to have a contractor show up when they are supposed and do a professional job!

Old house with old glass windows. Came in to tint windows. All odd sizes and shapes. But they took the time and manpower to complete the job, took an extra day but they honored the quote and exceeded my expectations. Will use them again for sure.
