Archon was WONDERFUL. They were patient and knowledgeable in helping us to understand how to work with our insurance companyâ ¦ they were thorough and efficient and capable through the awful experience of having our basement flood. I would recommend them to anyone!

They handled a leak in our ceiling in our kitchen and everything was cleaned. They explained everything in detail so it was easy and clear to understand which made the situation less stressful.

Archon Restoration answered our calls for help! Unfortunately our finished basement experienced some water damage and we were very concerned about the wet carpet and walls. Tyler reached out within minutes of a quote request; he was professional and courteous. He took time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. He even helped us choose between services and the benefits of each option! Once we decided to move forward with the work Tyler and his team acted quickly and worked efficiently. Archon was efficient, professional and truly cared to give us the best outcome when our basement flooded. Through their efforts, they were able to minimize the damage and refurbishment needed to return our basement to a finished state.

We hired them and they told us they would be here later that day at five. Never showed up. Called them three times and left a message without return call. When you have water in your basement it needs to be removed because of mold growth. This caused a delay for us in hiring another contractor. Very disappointed.

KC roofing did a great job on my roof. They are very reliable and were very helpful with all my questions. From start to finish they did a fantastic job. We live in Marietta, GA. I needed gutters repaired on a rental home we have in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Our first estimate from a vendor in the Cleveland Metro Area to only repair the gutters that were damage by high winds was a complete ripoff. That vendor knew we would not be able to come to Shaker Height to see the work done. Then we called KC Roofing from Angis List. KC Roofing installer Josh Cates gave us an estimate that REPLACED ALL THE GUTTERS ON THE HOME for much less that the first estimate we received. So in the words of the Late Great Tina Turner, KC Roofing is "Simply the Best"! I will continue to do business with them in the future!

Really satisfied with the quality of not only the service, communication and quality of the work, but the people we worked with were very genuine and sincere about their work and our needs. In todayâ s business environment, that does not happen. They were responsive and addressed any question we had thoroughly and quickly. They did great work and were great to work with!!
