Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
From the onsite technicians to the office staff the whole experience was first class. I took 3 bids Aire Ser was the best price and most professional. They did not try to oversell the job and like one of the other companies who tried to explain to me how dirty the system was and I asked for pictures knowing the system was fairly new I wont discuss the rest of what they purposed for nearly double what I paid so 5 stars to this company for keeping it real.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Very professional. Great customer service from our installer, Frank; Martha who is the office manager who followed up on each visit to make sure we were happy, to the owner coming out and checking on the installation at the end of the day. The installation was completed in one day including the removal of the old system. Our house is older so AireServ coordinated with carpenters to remove and replace the siding so the system could be installed in the attic. This was included in our price. The installation team cleaned up everything after the installation. Very happy with this company and would recommend to family and friends.

Central A/C - Install
Our air conditioner stopped functioning in August 2015. We contacted AHS and we were disappointed when we were told that our unit was fine and they would not replace it (it was 95 degrees inside). We contacted several air conditioning companies but the earliest we could get someone out there was 3-5 days. We ended up contacting AireServ and they were willing to squeeze us in an appointment the very next day. We were so relieved and grateful. We ended up having to replace our unit and were happy that it was done quickly and reasonably.

Frank could not have been more courteous and professional. He only repaired what was needed did not try to sell me anything I did not really need. The dispatcher was professional, the repairman was professional and Martha in the office was professional. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to anybody needing AC work done.

I was pleased with the technician. However, I was told I would receive a call at 8:30 to remind me. I was called at 9:10 and told that the technician would be there in 30-40 minutes. He arrived an hour and 30 minutes later due to a wreck. I was not made aware of this by customer service.

Pro: they came out and fixed my problem within 2 hours of first contact - after my initial communication regarding some disappointment, their office was able to upgrade my opinion to satisfied. Con: I got 3 other quotes that were about 30% less expensive than this contractor. I was leaving on vacation and could not wait a day for another company. Upon returning from vacation and talking with customer service they were willing and matched their competitors' price for me.

We needed our 11yr old ac system replaced. Moe the owner for Aire Serv. came out himself. I explained I was on a fixed income and he understood. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want like the other company's did. The install went great and we are very happy with everything. I would highly recommend Aire Serv. and thank you Moe.
