Poor service. He came in and looke at the furnace for an hour. He was not equiped, he use his iPhone as a flashlight to see under the furncace the whole time. No other equipment. Just tinkered with the furnace and swithing it on and off. I paid him $135 and a tip of $15. Problem still was not fixed so I called him. He came back did not fix anyting. He said furnace shuts off again before the temp. is met on the thermostat to call him so he can see it while its down I called him 3 times and left message and sent him an email. Furnace shutting off more frequently and worse that before he came. We have been cold in the house for 1 week.

"I am sincerely sorry you feel this way.Yes I used my phone for a light due to my battery being dead on my flashlight but you left out the bag of tools I had and used. You had an intermittant problem (now fixed) that I spent a total of three hours on with no charge.If the system is not shutting down while I am present I can't diagnose it.I did respond to your email immediatly and came back. (at no charge again.)I never received three calls or voicemails.Please be truthful with your feedback.I perfomed many tests with many tools on your equipment and spent multiple hours with no charge to you.The system is now running due to my time and effort."

Arctic responded within 2 hrs of the call, at almost 9 pm. He quickly isolated the issue and repaired only what was broken. Money very well spent.

I was very pleased with the service from arctic air. Clint was there on time and fixed the problem. I was expecting a house full of overnight guests and it was great that he was able to get here early in the day get the a/c working again.
