The vendor was prepaid for an Item which in the invoice states that will be refunded within 72 hours, I have been waiting 22 days and I am still not getting any refund and the Item was under a guarantee. This vendor has done several promises to refund the money. Be aware

You need to hire these folks. They are thorough and honest. We called them out to give us a second opinion on our heat pump system which had been declared DOA by our old company. It took Justin and Kenny about an hour to locate the problem but when they did, it was a very straightforward fix. Instead of taking extra labor time or selling us a bunch of expensive parts, they got the system running and agreed to give us an estimate to correct some other issues that might cause problems in the future. I cannot overemphasize how refreshing it is find someone that cares about their reputation and the quality of their work. That is why we are happy to give Arctic Breeze a five-star review and will definitely use them in the future.

Having an A/C issue in August could be a nightmare for anyone, but Thanks to Arctic Breeze Heating and A/C, which I found through my HomeAdvisor app. I received a response in less than 24-hrs and was able to schedule an appointment and have my issue diagnosed and repaired. The technicians were friendly professionals and took all precautions while in the home due to COVID-19, Thank you Justin Becker and I would definitely recommend this company and will use their services again if needed!

I had a work order come in today for a house I currently rent out. After talking to my management team I felt the contractor they had recommended was over charging me. As we all know what our country is experiencing with this COVID stuff going on you really have to watch for fraud. After speaking to Arctic Breeze I knew they were the ones I was going to go with.
