I believe I was overcharged for the services rendered. Partially my fault because did not ask the total cost before he started I knew what service cost, but know how much the total cost was until the job was completed.

This company is the best and very reasonable. The first thing I want people to know is that no other AC company can beat there service charge of $60.00, which is credit to the job that need repair. Secondly the company will work with your budget especially during these hard times. The company is full of grace and compassion. For example the company ask me how is the COVID-19 has effected my family and I. After I explain to the company and that I am a Disabled Veterans. The discount that was rendered to me was unbelievable that I cannot explain. I am truly greatful and wish the company all the blessing to come to them from Heaven above. Lastly it was good to hear from the company boss when he said to me thank you for your service. It really bless me. To the company from my heart and my family we love you and keep up the good work. I needed to replace transformer in air handler on a sunday. I contacted home advisor and within 5 minutes Artic Solutions called. I spoke with owner he gave me and eta between 3-4, however communicated well that technician was running behind. Technician showed at 6. But the times were communicated well to let me know they were on way. Tech showed, got the work done in 30 minutes because I had everything prepared for them and had the problem already diagnosed. Owner gave me a slight discount because of that. Technician was friendly and expeditious. Payment was easily made with a card. Overall, I am satisfied with timeliness and affordability. I would recommend using Artic Solutions.

I called them and they were to come out the next day. Due to a scheduling conflict they did not make it-- however, I was called and a new appt. was set up. The work was started on a Friday and they actually came back on Saturday for a couple of hours to finish. My AC was still under warranty, and they handled everything that was necessary for the warranty.

Showed up early, diagnosed the problem within minutes. The whole thing took about an hour or so. Quick and efficient.

The work quality of the install was excellent. Once the install was completed I had to call several times before the city got the paperwork to approve the project. My husband had asked them to leave the old unit but it was taken and we had to keep calling to get it back. Overall, good job.

They go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule.

They get the job done and explain exactly what they have to do in order to get whatever problem you have fixed. Reason I took off half a star is they need to work on meeting their set appointments.

My A/C coils and blower we're very dirty. They did not complain. They went the extra mile and making sure the unit was cleaned and in good working order.

They got my air conditioner to blow cold air again but they didn't fix the problem that caused it to stop working in the first place. So now, on top of paying them to get cold air, I am going to have to have someone else come out and actually fix the initial problem.

Chelsea and Paul were very professional. They were prompt and our air seems to be working fine now.

I own a lot of properties, He's my first call -= "go to" guy.

Had to replace my system (1999 model). Got old unit running for some relief and installed new system the next day.

I'm very satisfied with Artic Cool Solutions. I had to replace my whole system and at a time when the weather here was horrible and raining daily. Initially I was not satisified because the system seemed loud to me, but it was not because it was their fault - they ordered the correct system, but the wrong one was delivered and it wasn't discovered until it was already installed. They were very responsive and corrected the problem promptly. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and took time to explain what I didn't understand. I took the time to compare prices and they were significantly lower. I have no reservation highly recommending Artic Cool Solutions, it's obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority for them.

I would highly recommend Arctic Cool Solutions. They came out, saw the problem right away, and told me the best way to handle it. The price was very good.
