The pro was a very qualified tech. He was a nice guy, on time. After talking to other services, he was WAY WAY too expensive! I am sure it has to do with going through a third party (HomeAdvisor), as to which the cost was passed onto me the customer. I will never use HomeAdvisor again for that reason alone. Thank you!

Quick response to our new home with an old A/C unit that was heating versus cooling...Alex clearly explained the options to get us running for now and for the future. His patient education in HVAC systems was truly appreciated. Definitely will be using him for our needed upgrade(s).

Alex, first off, is a wonderful business person. He is prompt, also with returning calls, he kept me updated at every turn, and his communication skills and caring are beyond my expectations. His workers were also courteous, understanding, and kind. AND everyone was on time.... The job was done within a small time frame from beginning to end. My husband and I are equally beyond pleased. I highly recommend Arctic Fire as a reputable business.

Alex showed up on time to diagnose a 20 year old furnace that was not working. Alex diagnosed the problem within minutes and installed an ignition switch. Alex was very knowledgeable, honest and professional and the cost to replace the part was fair. I would highly recommend Arctic Fire Heating and Cooling!

Alex showed up ten minutes early. Very personable and professional. He took the time, from the very start, to show me and explain, in terms that I could understand, EXACTLY what the problem was and what he needed to do to repair it. NO price bulging.
