Arctic Fire Heating and Cooling

Great worker glad I hired these guys

The pro was a very qualified tech. He was a nice guy, on time. After talking to other services, he was WAY WAY too expensive! I am sure it has to do with going through a third party (HomeAdvisor), as to which the cost was passed onto me the customer. I will never use HomeAdvisor again for that reason alone. Thank you!

Quick response to our new home with an old A/C unit that was heating versus cooling...Alex clearly explained the options to get us running for now and for the future. His patient education in HVAC systems was truly appreciated. Definitely will be using him for our needed upgrade(s).

good, quick, easy work

Alex, first off, is a wonderful business person. He is prompt, also with returning calls, he kept me updated at every turn, and his communication skills and caring are beyond my expectations. His workers were also courteous, understanding, and kind. AND everyone was on time.... The job was done within a small time frame from beginning to end. My husband and I are equally beyond pleased. I highly recommend Arctic Fire as a reputable business.

Alex showed up on time to diagnose a 20 year old furnace that was not working. Alex diagnosed the problem within minutes and installed an ignition switch. Alex was very knowledgeable, honest and professional and the cost to replace the part was fair. I would highly recommend Arctic Fire Heating and Cooling!

Everything Alex said he would do he nailed it. He was patient, quicker than I thought and best of all he was honest. I definitely recommend them !

Alex showed up ten minutes early. Very personable and professional. He took the time, from the very start, to show me and explain, in terms that I could understand, EXACTLY what the problem was and what he needed to do to repair it. NO price bulging. Left the work area, spotless. HIGHLY RECOMEND him.

Very happy and satisfied with the results and recommendations they gave me.

Called Alex for an A/C tune up and he came out the same day! He was quick, neat and efficient. Great service from a nice guy!

We spoke and scheduled an appointment within 30 minutes (at 10pm on a Saturday night), and he arrived at 11am the next day. He diagnosed our problem and repaired it, as well as did a cleaning/tune up to our A/C system very quickly. The price was fair for the service and repair. Alex was very friendly and informative and worked very quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair and will certainly call in the future for service/replacement.

Alex was very good at diagnosing the issue or in my case a none issue and made some recommendations after looking at my system. he did some preventative maintenance and was very easy to work with. His turn around time was very quick and his pricing was fair. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Alex was friendly and took the time to explain my repair.

We had Alex at our house last summer for our AC, and just recently had him out for our furnace. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. Alex is knowledge, personable, reliable, and reasonably priced. He is very loyal to his customers and goes out of his way to get whatever job you need done.

I would definitely recommend and hire Alex again for any of my heating and going to add him to my central air services I need in the future. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. A very conscientious worker.

5 Star rating in all areas. He was prompt to reply to my inquiry and promptly came to my home to service my oil furnace. I will always use him now.

They didn't rush the work and answered all my questions regarding my 63-year-old boiler.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very affordable.

Alex was very nice and was knowledgeable about A/C systems. He came out to my property quickly and resolved issue in a day. He explained everything in detail which is a plus. We would hire again.

We would definitely recommend Alex. Did our 2 heaters for winter tune up/cleaning. He was on time and explained what we needed to know. Will definitely be using Artic Fire again.

Alex was very responsive to our needs and gave us a lot of good tips on other ways we can preventive maintenance.

Alex was great! He said he would be here in an hour and was. So friendly and got right to work explaining everything he was doing. We were up and going on our a.c. Unit quickly. He stayed awhile and we talked learned a few things as well definitely will recommend him! already told a few people will definitely call alex again!
