Irma caused Friday emergency repair needed. Called Arctic and Ricky said he would try to come in evening and would call if he couldn't. He did come after 5:30. Did the diagnostics on 15 yr old Frigidaire, service call cost reasonable also estimated cost of compressor. Would try to find compressor needed. Found and called to advise. Came on Sat morning and repaired. Very pleased with service and Ricky. p.s. Sears and other company couldn't come until next Tue or Wed.

i called to install a vented range hood so we would be in compliance with code. Ricky came and conquered all difficulties with installing the new hood in an old building. great job and a pleasure to work with.

GREAT SERVICE. THE TECHNICIAN REARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE AND CAME OUT IN THE EVENING THE SAME DAY WHEN WE WOULD BE HOME. NO WAITING AROUND. HE CALLED AHEAD AND WAS THERE ON TIME! VERY INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO SEARS!

Arctic HRS was very attentive, but while he was here, the problem we were having with the washing machine did not show itself. Ricky told us to photo or video the problem and send to him. Sure enough, after he left... the problem returned. Hopefully he will get back to us with a solution.
