I hired Artic Insulation to install dense pack cellulose insulation in all my exterior walls and the attic space of a lower roof. They happened to be the 2nd of 4 contractors I had come out to give me a quote for my project. I knew right out the gate that I was going to hire them. I really like that he wasn't one of these big box contractors wth there flashy salesman. A nice local contractor was exactly what i was looking for in these crazy times I wanted use a local business. Bob the owner of the company came to do the estimate. He showed up on time, and went over in detail about what had to be done and what was a waist of money todo, He even took the time to tell me how I could insulate a small crawl space that could not be done with the dense pack. I felt really good and comfortable with whole estimate, never once tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need or want and gave me an honest completion time, that I knew he wasn't going to rush the job or drag it out. Day 1 of the project he showed up at the time he said he would. Bob and his partner worked hard all day on my house, by7 the end of day one they were a little more then 1/2 way around my house. They took the time to clean up blew out all my flower beds, blew off my patio and my lawn. Day 2 they showed up again on time and ready to work. They finished my outside walls and started on the attic space of the lower roof. They did an amazing job I was worried about the mess in my entry foyer but when they were done it was spot less. He even added some rolled insulation by the access hole because I told him i was making it an access door. I could immediately feel the temperature in my house once he was done. The 1st floor stays cooler the A/C doesn't run as long or as often and the 2nd floor is way cooler then it was before and we haven't even done the attic yet. Bob will be coming back in the Fall to do my attic for phase 2 of this project. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I d hire Bob again in a heart beat. Bob was responsive, answered all my questions and pricing was very competitive. He did what he said he would do in the time frame that he promised. The only reason he doesn t get 5 s across the board is because I won t know how effective the insulation he installed is until I go through a winter. It s got to be an improvement though as I had no insulation in my 1960s built home. Thanks Bob!

very well done insulation project although old attic wiring caused a problem which shorted out fixtures in floor below. Pro was willing to redo insulation if necessary after electrical repairs done.

Arctic Insulation and his staff are extremely professional. It was a dirty job cleaning out a crawl space and they did it quicly, efficiently and professionally. Cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. Also suggested another project without any sales pressure. Because he applied no pressure, I would definitely utilize their services again should I decide to insulate the garage.

BOB AND HIS ASSOCIATE ARRIVED ON TIME, PERFORMED THE WORK FOR THE AGREED PRICE, AND CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. HE HAD EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED, AND WHAT WAS NOT NEEDED, WHICH SAVED ME A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

They answered all of our questions and concerns prior to getting the job. We felt very comfortable entering into contract.The men were timely and neat.If i didn't see them remove my siding, do the drilling and blow in the installation, i wouldn't have been able to tell it was done. A great job at a great price!

Bob is fair and knowledgeable, and provided a fair price for the work to be done: unlike some of the others, Bob also knows his stuff pretty well. If I did not have all the landscaping done around my house, I would have had the work done on the outside rather than the inside. There was lots of dust and debris from the drilling and patching, and his assistants scraped equipment across the wood floors: DEFINITELY supervise the crew indoors!

Bob gave a great price for the project. Ideally I would have preferred expanding foam insulation but the price was nearly x3 the price. I've noticed a considerable amount of difference with the heat retention in my home this winter. He & his crew were timely & efficient on the day of the job. I've recommended him to my friend who also wants blow-in insulation.

We initially started looking to have this work done because our girl's room was very cold at night - much colder than any other room in the house. It was from there that we discovered that the whole lower level of our home, built in the 40's, was not insulated. Bob and his crew came and were very professional and did a great job. The work was thorough and they were able to reach places that other companies said they couldn't access. We noticed the difference in the temperature that night and have the added bonus of some sound insulation as well. The price was right and we have no complaints.
