I had cooling issues in one of the upstairs bedroom and had multiple people come out but none had a lot of advice to give out or offer a permanent solution. Maybe because the work involved Vs price to be charged. I have no idea. Brian from Artic Owl came out and gave me 2 options with the approximate cost , both were very reasonable and permanent . He in fact told us to do the cheaper of the 2 with the option of changing to the other if we weren’t satisfied and would just charge us the difference, even though the amount of work involved would be more. The first option works well so far and cooling has considerably increased. I would definitely recommend Brian and Artic owl for any of your HVAC needs. I don’t normally post reviews but I think he deserves one. Thank you !!

I called on a Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., Brian came over and had the AC up and running by 11:30 very knowledgeable, fast, and honest. His price was more than fair, I have my new AC guy. Highly recommend. I d cd allows to have my AC service and remove and install a new drain pan, as well as clean the fan motor, made an appointment called me when he was on the way, did the work, Great Quality work at a good price. I highly Recommend Brian and his team.

I found my new AC company, my AC went out on a Sunday, Brian came by and fixed the AC quickly and at a great price. He showed me where my AC pan was rusting and had holes so I set an appointment to have this fixed. He came and replaced my pan, pulled out and cleaned my motor fan, and gave my AC the summer check. He called when he was on his way, arrived in time and completed the job, he is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Brian and his team, great work at a fair price.
