The only recommended improvement would be payment options as card and bank transfers aren't available. Other than that, they do a great job maintaining my pool.

I pre-paid for the month. Was charged 390.00 for 2 filters. Gavin broke a pipe, quit, owed 2 weeks service and left my pool filthy. Beware when called to ask why. My wifes phone, my phone and a friends phone were blocked from being able to contact him. HomeAdvisor, help us.

Poor customer service, the first week they did a good job after that horrible service. Filters were never cleaned like they said they would be. I have lived at this property for 10 years and had pool service in the past- this is the first time the pool has ever had algae. Have had to call back out numerous times to attempt to get pool back to good condition, which they never did. Although they were paid they just stopped showing up- no word at all from them.

Gavin was honest, and actually quoted me lower than expected bc my pool was so small. Appreciate the honesty these days.

Gavin came out fast, was able to diagnose why my pump was not getting full power. He also took my filters home to wash in chlorine. Got me a basket for leafs before they get into the filter line

Amazing service!! They always do an amazing job on my pool. Before my husband and I went with Arctic pools our pool always turned green but now it’s nothing but sparkling water 24/7 and they are very polite they came right up to the door and introduced themselves before going to the backyard. They really took the time to clean my pool and make sure it was running properly. They treated it as if it was they’re own pool. Would highly recommend this company they are truly fantastic!!
