After getting 3 other bids for a new furnace and air conditioner we chose Arden Heating & Cooling to install our new furnace and air conditioner. We were totally pleased with the bid, which included the installation (per Jake's recommendation) of a ductless unit for our family room that was a garage conversion. This ductless unit is already making a big difference in that room. Jake did a great job on installing these units. I had Jacob out to inspect and service my 30+ year old furnace. He diagnosed the problem in its function, and identified corrosion beginning on the heat exchanger that meant it would have a limited further life span. He replaced it for me instead, at a very reasonable price. His work on the replacement was high quality, with excellent attention to detail. Despite some unexpected scheduling difficulties, he arranged his schedule to do the replacement at a time that worked for me. I would be happy to hire him again.

Excellent follow up with the City of Renton to make sure that the gas line inspection happens promptly for the permit. There was a delay due to a defective joint material and Arden Heating & Company quickly fixed it and gave me a rebate of $100. That is what I call Customer Service.
