I would like to give this company and Hamid star 5 + if there is higher level I can choose. We are extremely satisfied with their work, service in our new addition. Hamid is very professional, knowledgeable, very nice person and with supper good service. I am 100% satisfied with his work and project. Very clean and high quality with good taste. I would high recommend to my friends and whom is looking for the constructor to do home improvement.

The contractor Hamid is very professional, knowledgeable, with value customer service, hard worker, and very nice person. He does very good quality control every day in each step. When he shows up at work, we are 100% relax and rely on him since he has very high quality control and very good tasty for design, material choose...., He tries to make things perfect even if it could mean less profits for him. He could work end to end on the projects from architecture/drawings and getting City Permits very fast. The price is also very reasonable. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work and his team.

It is definitely a five star job and I am so happy with it. The result exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my dream! Hamid Rezaei (as contractor) and owner of Area Construction is congenial to work with. He had many excellent suggestions and good ideas which were accomplished. Hamid is professional and businesslike at all times. He voluntarily added details which enhanced the project so much such as door moldings, window sills, advice on texturing and painting of the sheetrock and solving some design issues. I certainly appreciated the arrangement for a portable toilet for the (male) workers so they didn't have to track through my house. The benefit of this was more and more apparent as the job progressed! The job was completed on time and as close to budget as can be reasonably expected. Additions and changes were amicably agreed upon between us in every case.. The final removal and cleanup of the site was excellent. I welcome inquiries and discussion recommending Hamid and his workmanship. He is qualified, capable and knowledgeable about matters of design and construction and if he feels like he isn't he says so.

From the get go Hamid was extremely professional and helpful.He was thorough with the estimation. We got a few quotes before we chose Hamid, since he was the most professional. As first time home owners, we were concerned about such a big project. But once the work started our concerns were put to rest. Hamid and his crew went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. There were few errors but he owned up to it and was quick to resolve the issues. Hamid even called after we moved in to check to see if everything was okay. Pros like him are a rare breed. Highly recommended.

Area Construction sub contractors were very professional and value customer service. They provided end to end project requirements including Architect and City Permits. Finished the job ahead of schedule and provided great quality and satisfied all of our requirements beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Area construction to divide a large bedroom into 2 & re-did our fireplace in the family room and added 2 new windows in the family room. Area construction did an excellent job with both these projects. My wife was very happy with the way the fireplace turned out. Hamid went beyond the requirements of the project and also included many additional stuff along with this project and was always available to address our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Hamid and Area construction for home reconstruction/remodeling projects. He makes sure you are satisfied with his work and works tirelessly to achieve that.

Ok job for areas that needed to be inspected, did not have people who knew how to do quality job of painting, mudding and tapeing drywall.
