Another contractor had told me that Ralph Torres was the best pier and beam man in the city. My 63 year old house had recently settled and one end was two inches lower than the other and three doors wouldn't function properly. Ralph and his crew knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Because the house was on piers there was a skirt around the house blocking the air flow. Ralph's crew took out the blocking skirt and replaced it with lattice work and installed two air vents on the front cement area. While working near the kitchen Ralph noticed a leak under the kitchen. The leak came from an old rusted pipe. They had to take off the siding and cut a hole into the wood frame to access the rusted pipe which they replaced. There were three leaks now repaired. Everything was replaced with the original siding and you couldn't tell heavy duty work had been done. I would recommend Area Foundation Repair and Ralph Torres to anyone wanting professional, expert and reasonably priced work on their home.
