Great customer service and great people. I called after hours when I realized my grinder pump had failed. I got a person on the phone and scheduled an appointment for 9:00am the next day. The following day got a call at 7:30 indicating a scheduling error meant that they would be there at 11:00, if that was OK. (I understand that these things happen) I was a busy and asked if there was anyway they could still make the 9:00 am call. They said they would call their 9:00 and see if they would be OK moving their appointment to 11:00. I got a call back 5min later saying they could make the 9:00am appointment. Way to go above and beyond! (and thank you Mr./Ms. 9:00 appointment for being willing to move!) They arrived right at 9:00am and quickly analyzed the problem. Yep - It appeared that the grinder pump had seized. He pulled the old pump, and since they are expensive, doubled checked to make sure the issue was a bad pump (checking for shorts). It was. He then installed the new pump, tested operation, amperage, and run time and recorded each in our record so they would know exactly what the new pump was doing for future service calls. It's good to work with a company that is in it for the long haul - not just get your money and run. Plus - I did get some pricing from other to see what they would charge to replace a grinder pump, and ASI was very competitive - on the low/middle of the mix. These high pressure pumps are more expensive than I was expecting ($2500-$5000), but when you see how they are made and what they need to do in the environment they do it in, I can now understand the cost. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service from all employees. Professional job, they left with everything cleaned up and completed all construction exactly as stated. Would highly recommend this company, Andy runs an exceptional operation.

They did not come prepared and had to come out an additional day due to them not having all the material that was needed for the job costing us another day of labor. The work was great however they should have been more professional

Told us everything we needed to know and more so we could make a well informed decision on our project. We have a difficult location to put a mound in. Andy came up with a solution to ever problem. Other companies walked away and did not return our calls. We would give him six stars!

They were very nice and gave me an honest assessment and gave me a name of a plumber who could who could take care of the problem. They deserve the five stars. .

Owner will quote work at 95$/hr, but was not upfront about two employees at $95/hr EACH. Repair was near double the rest of other offers.

I contacted Andy from Area Septic Installation Inc. because I was selling my house and the septic system did not pass the inspection. I normally contact 3 providers to get the best price. Andy was the only one to call me back and to come out to the house. Andy was very friendly, and provided me with great information and no hassle/pressure bid. Because I was selling the house there was a tight deadline on getting the work done. The time of year that I needed the work done is extremely busy and the weather did not cooperate. Andy also took time to explain to me some of the deceptive practices in this line of work and cautioned me not to become victimized. I thought that in and of itself was remarkable that he gave me this information so I would not become victimized. Andy showed up on the day he said he would be there, and got to work immediately. Andy knew that I was on a tight deadline to close and he worked long and extra hours to get the job done. His price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Andy did everything to make this as easy as possible, and did a great job. When the work was completed Andy wanted me to come check the work to make sure it was up to my satisfaction before he left. Andy had the yard looking great back to its natural look. If you are in need of septic work I would strongly suggest calling Area Septic Installation Inc. for the work.
