I would highly recommend this company

I have had so many bad experiences with contractors: they don't return phone calls; they don't keep appointments; they're rude and arrogant; they do substandard work; they're liars and cheats; they're always looking to get over; and on, and on, and on. Paul and his team (that's right, his "team") are different. They are professionals in every sense of the word. Unfortunately, they only do HVAC projects, and I desperately need a good electrician, plumber, and carpenter, as do most homeowners. Perhaps, Paul G. has cousins that I do not know of.

When Paul walked in to talk quote, i told my daughter this guy would be wasting his time because we already had an agreement with someone else. By the time PAUL started telling me how Air-conditioning works and the true essentials of home cooling and heating with utmost sincerity without a sales pitch, i knew i could trust this man. He even advised me to get more quotes. Their price was the best . On the day of the job, they were on time (9AM), clean, thorough and proficiently professional. During the exercise, Paul noticed i was dealing with a bathroom plumbing issue, he took it upon himself to help me (who does that) It had nothing to do with why he was there, but he fixed it for me. When the job was done, I shook everybody's hands for a great job well-done. I gave Paul a HUG (in my tradition, hugs are for families). Paul You are a good guy with a good heart.
