Reviews
Write a ReviewCody and Kevin were professional, courteous, efficient, and just all around great workers! They took the time to explain everything in detail. They made recommendations for future possible repairs and updates and ensured we were aware of how the new hot water tank functioned and what we could expect for the future. I was impressed with how they went the extra mile to make sure we knew some information on how to properly maintain our outside water lines in preparation for the coming winter. I would highly recommend their services to others and will undoubtedly use them moving forward!
Kevin N installed my new hot water tank...came the same day I called about mine leaking..he answered all my concerns and was very knowledgeable!
Great company to use. From dispatch to the technician. Great experience
Went above and beyond the call of duty!!!
Mike did a great job!
Great service at fair $
STAY AWAY from this company! I hired them to do yearly maintenance on my oil furnace. The service guy handed me the oil filter and told me to put it in after my tank was filled...I had a 1/4 tank of oil at that time. He said it is simple to do and so after the oil was delivered and per the serviceman's instruction, I put the oil filter in. The TECH DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE LINES HAD TO BE BLED to get the air out from replacing the oil filter or the furnace would shut down! Well, my furnace did shut down! NO HEAT and no furnace in cold winter weather! I am not a furnace tech and I knew nothing about how to work on a furnace! I am a single mom with a special needs child who was critically ill and no furnace! I called the company and pleaded with them to make this right. I was told they would charge me for a service trip charge of $89 plus parts and labor to come back out. They were VERY ignorant, hostile, unprofessional, and told me they have attorneys! I had no choice, but to spend more money to have a local company come out to bleed/purge the lines and that company told me it was all because an oil furnace always needs to be bled to get air out of the lines after the filter change. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT if they do not refund the fees I incurred because of their serviceman not doing what I paid him to do. I emailed them and forwarded the fees along with what the other company had to do...bleed the line. I am NOT a person to sue, but know how sick my child was and how uncompassionate/rude/money hungry this place was.Believe me, it is worth my time to take them to the magistrate. Oh,1 more thing, it was after hours and the tech informed me, the company is not going to pay "OVERTIME" to get my furnace going.
Great Customer service and pricing. On time and honest with repair costs.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with the air conditioner quickly and showed me the technical issues and ways to avoid repeat problem. Fixed in easiest, least expensive way and provided maintenance information
very professional
