They were super supportive on the phone, and the tech who came was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I wish I had known about Arête earlier. In any case, they are a keeper.

Had to reschedule due to coming early and I wasn?t home. Came the second time while my son was home, but didn?t fully do the job.Requested to return and complete the job. Came back and took approximately 2 minutes to complete. My dogs are still getting fleas. They were supposed to return a month later but never returned or called to schedule. I was ripped off!

Took care of an infestation of wasps in the yard quickly. Educated us on the species and their nesting habits. Haven’t seen any wasps since their service. Thank you!

Made first appointment and had to call at the end of the 2 hour window to find out when they were coming. They told me they couldn't make it and will have to reschedule. They didn't call me. I had to call THEM! Next day, same thing. After 2 hour window, I had to call them AGAIN! Told me tech was running late. I told them to cancel the appointment, I will call someone else. Just as I did that, the tech came. He told me he would knock off $25 on the cost. I said ok. He did the job. When it came time to sign the paperwork, he hid the actual cost from me. My mistake. Should have read what I was signing on an electronic device. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE!! After writing this review Seth from Arete called me and refunded me the money I paid. He was very professional and concerned about my issue. I appreciate him taking care of this.

Service was great and pricing fair.

First, this company dilutes their chemicals with a water sprayer so it's very messy, inside and out. There was water all over the home -- baseboards, carpets, running down the washer and dryer, etc. Second, I am now locked in a 1-year contract before I even know if they're any good. On the positive side: I did appreciate how thorough the technician was. He sprayed all over suspect areas in my yard, even those further away from the house. He also came on time. After second visit: I might have misunderstood when they said their service "included" a follow-up visit after 1 month because I had to pay for that trip as well. The bug spray/water solution left stains (not permanent) all across the front porch. This would be another reason to select a service that does not dilute the chemicals. I also had an insect chew out a small section of a new nylon window screen this week, which is very disappointing considering all the bug spray now on my property.

I already sent them a reference it was just what I needed, week 3 bug free!!
